Our Clients

Within our cachement area of Benton, Linn and Polk Counties, we serve adults needing supervision, socialization, exercise, stimulation, case management, medication management, and other services. We are able to provide care to those recovering from health set-backs as well as those with frailty or memory loss. We willingly care for those in wheelchairs, using walkers, with incontinence, or needing assistance with medication, as our staff is experienced in this type of care. Our care includes:

Elderly and disabled adults with chronic illnesses
such as arthritis, orthopedic impairments, multiple sclerosis, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, depression and many others.
Adults who have suffered strokes or have had other brain injuries
who need to followup formal physical, occupational and speech therapy with an
ongoing program of physical and mental exercise.
Adults with memory loss
due to Alzheimer’s Disease or other causes.
Frail elderly
unable to be at home alone during the day.
 
Adults recovering from orthopedic or other surgery
who need assistance with activities of daily living.
The families and caregivers of our elderly and disabled participants
who need time off to work, run errands and take care of themselves.
