Our Programs
Applicants will be evaluated for placement in one of two programs offered, and may choose to come from one to five days per week. Program hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (extended hours available for additional fee).
Our two programs include
- An individualized plan of care based on the functional abililities and goals of each participant
- Health monitoring and consultation with a registered nurse
- Medication administration and coordination with the participant’s primary care provider
- Social services and support for the participant and caregiver
- Nutritious lunch and morning beverages
Post-Rehabilitation Program
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy follow-up
- Gym with specialized fitness and exercise equipment
- Modified group exercise classes
- Walking program and specialized mobility equipment
- Strength and endurance training
- Range of motion and stretching exercises
- Mentally-stimulating games and puzzles
- Art and craft classes
- Outdoor raised-bed gardening
- Discussion groups and presentations
- Musical entertainment
- Parties and field trips
Memory Care Program
- Safe and secure indoor and outdoor environments
- Outdoor therapeutic garden with raised beds
- Indoor park with games such as golf, basketball, horseshoes
- Group exercises for flexibility and strengthening
- Walking program
- Mentally-stimulating games and puzzles
- Arts and crafts activities
- Music therapy and entertainment
- Pet therapy with the “Welcome Waggers”
- Social activities and parties
- Cozy lounge and library
- Quiet resting area
